What we check

robots.txt

A plain-text file at the root of your site that tells search engines and AI crawlers which pages they may visit. Without it, bots crawl everything by default — including pages you might prefer to keep private.

llms.txt

A proposed standard that lets you list the URLs you want AI training models to use. It helps ChatGPT, Claude and other assistants cite your site accurately and respect your content preferences.

Meta robots tags

HTML snippets like noai or noimageai that ask AI bots not to index your page or use your images for training. They are page-level signals that robots.txt cannot send.

X-Robots-Tag

An HTTP header version of a robots meta tag. It blocks or allows crawlers before the page HTML is even sent, making it useful for non-HTML files like PDFs or images.

You can be crawlable and still be invisible

This test shows whether AI systems can reach your site. Trendos shows what they say once they do. Track which prompts mention you, which competitors show up instead, and which sources get cited.
